Lawful Dissent is the invocation of that body of Law

which originally gave our consent to government.

Article 61 of Magna Carta 1215 was invoked by Law in 2001.
The Crime that triggered it's invocation:
HIGH TREASON

​

What does that mean for us?  It means:
High Treason (betrayal) currently threatens our Commonwealth.

Constitutional Law compels us to peacefully stand together.

We all hold a powerful legal instrument by the Law that

we must report and we may never aid Treason.

Asserting the Rule of Law only requires the honourable people of the Commonwealth standing under Article 61 and evidencing Treason.

Article 61 of Magna Carta?

Article 61 guarantees us access to justice:

"... laying the transgression before [the Crown or justiciary], petition to have that transgression redressed without delay. And if we shall not have corrected the transgression within forty days, reckoning from the time it has been intimated to us ... shall, together

with the community of the whole realm, distrain and distress [Crown]

in all possible ways, namely, by seizing our assets, and in any other
way they can, until redress has been obtained as they deem fit, saving [everyone] harmless..."

Article 61 swore agreement that rights under Magna Carta

would be honoured indefinitely:
"desirous that they should enjoy [these rights] in complete and firm endurance forever,

we give and grant to them the underwritten security..."

​Furthermore:

"... And we shall procure nothing from anyone, directly or
indirectly, whereby any part of these concessions and liberties might be
revoked or diminished; and if any such things has been procured, let it be
void and null, and we shall never use it personally or by another."

Article 61 is called the Security Clause because it protects us

from violations of our Rights granted under the Great Charter.
