I just want to be clear that once I’ve stopped payment and I start to receive letters of non payment do I then respond with im in lawful standing of article 61 or Wait til they try and send bailiffs and obviously ignore and court attendance letters ?
The local government finance act 1992 evidences NO mandatory OBLIGATION to make payment towards council tax The council is under a legal obligation to prove that people are under an obligation to comply with the legislation.
