it may be that England is one of the world’s oldest country’s, hence the unique importance of English law that forms the basis of US Law and all other Common Law Jurisdictions. It is founded upon individual liberty and due process of law.
(two things by the way that the United Nations seek to arbitrarily abolish with Article 29(3) of their Charter)...but let's not go there!
Thank you. I saw a reference in the document to the LAPD, "protect and serve" motto and presumed wrongly it was an American document. I shall now continue to read. Thanks for this.
...Don't forget you stand as a freeman / sovereign being under common law. If you have committed no crime they should not take action against you. You put the police on notice (or any other person in uniform) of this fact and take their details (name and badge).
You inform them that they will be PERSONNALLY held to account, they will not have the backing of their federation for their unlawful acts.
By the way, I have no legal qualifications, I am just trying to help people to find information and to be confident about dealing with the Police. I'm sure I am one of thousands that once believed in the Police and their role in society. The recent events have destroyed all my beliefs, support and respect for the Police. I even once helped a lone officer to make an arrest whilst he was struggling with a guy. This I sincerely regret and I will NEVER do again. I am sure my sentiments are mirrored by many people in this once free country.
I, like many, have family members that fought in the 2 World Wars, let us not forget their sacrifices and what they gave to us.

I believe this document has been written specifically for the Police force in the UK....
