I've seen discussion lately about the GoFundMe started by Jacquie, to raise funds for a camper van and whatever else.
Many have happily given their funds - After all, they mention how hard she's been working, and that she came to England to save them, and all that.
Here are some reminders.
In November, after David's passing, over £1,100 was raised in a GoFundMe, with the stated purpose of getting Jacquie to the UK for the funeral/etc. (https://www.gofundme.com/f/david-amp-jacquie) Looking at flights, one-way Alberta to London seems to be in the range of about £200, so it seems safe to say this money helped pay for meals/etc for a bit.
There was no "Redress Tour" then - in fact, even in a later January GoFundMe by Jacquie herself, there is no intention listed for a tour. Just the general broad "Let's get a critical mass of people united" vague stuff. (https://www.gofundme.com/f/5wdx2e-david-robinson-memorial-fund) My only point - there was never a plan, and she is making this up as she goes.
And let's face this too - sure she's cheery and friendly and it's exciting to meet people and all that, it's exciting to feel like you're part of a movement and a group. But the content of these meetings could be very easily condensed into an online format, as schools and doctors and others have shown over the past year. There is absolutely no reason for Jacquie to be whisked around the UK on your dollar, when these teachings can easily be done remotely. We don't need someone to push Play on the DVD Player when we have computers.
Here's the reality. Jacquie has been out of Canada now for several months. I want to share the following with you, a quote from another person, regarding Jacquie and her benefits she receives in Canada:
"Her provincial benefits i.e. money and meds (AISH which is an income support program from the province of Alberta) end after 119 days out of province which by my calculation is round about end of March. Her federal benefits, medical being the most significant, end at 179 days out of country."
So to be clear - Jacquie raised money to fly to England, for a funeral, and with no other plan. Then she decided to do a Redress Tour, and it has stretched out over many months. How long will it last? Who knows.
Now that her money is running out, she is obviously getting stressed and panicked. Her income support that she receives from the CORRUPT REGIME back home appears to be drying up soon. I wonder how many more GoFundMes will be greeted positively, before people realize hey.. maybe we're throwing our money away, when it could be better spent in other ways for this movement? Zoom and Skype and YouTube are free.
I follow these types of pseudolaw movements, because I am interested in the psychology of what attracts people to them. If you've been part of others like Freemen/Sovereign groups, you may know a hallmark of such schemes is to start asking for money, and to profit off the generosity of others. Jacquie's club has been free from that for a long time - but I think that time has now ended. And I hope people can see through her words and promises. I am NOT saying she is getting rich or making profit. I AM saying that unless called out, she may stay in England a long time, without a home, asking YOU for donations to keep her "Tour" afloat, which could really be a series of Zoom presentations for zero dollars.
Take care and be safe. Don't be deceived. I will continue to share the parts they would rather you not know about.
Doesn't hurt to have someone watching the finances.
